So far I have always dealt with Blue Parrot when I first heard about them. I have had only one issue with them since using the headset. The last one I had went bad and I still have! The warranty is up and I just bought another one. I will enquire later to see what can be done with the old headset until I can get another as a backup. Great headset for the trucker and I always recommend it to the new drivers.
I drive a service vehicle to construction sites.. somtimes wear them while doing repairs.. they had a lot of unintentional abuse and still work just fine.
When I received the product, I was immediately impressed with the quality of it even though it was a refurbished. It was so clean and pristine. It works great and would recommend it to anyone.
The head ban broke within one week after I received the item. So I sent it back for credit. The problems I had with the item were: I could not get the command button to work and the unit was very heavy and uncomfortable. It was very clear.
The B550-xt is the best I've had 250,the 350, I didn't get a 450 because my 350 was flawless but I did get the B550xt WOW 👏
I've been using blue parrot for years and never had any problems....as far as I can tell the B550-xt is awesome still haven't figured out all of it....You guys rock thank you
Awesome product!!!!! Battery life is AMAZING and the sound is great. Distance of use as amazing as well I can leave my phone in the truck and my headset works even when I walk into a store.
So far it is everything I hoped it would be. I can hear calls clearly and callers can hear me without any background noise. Long talk and standby time. I've only had it a couple weeks but it seems to be everything I'd heard it was. 100% recommend.
Headset works as promised. It was a little tight at first, and I had to expand it larger than my head to stretch it out. But now it is comfortable and the sound quality is excellent. This is my second Blue Parrot, first one lasted 9 years, hoping this one will last also.
Best headset I have ever used! I rolled the dice for the B550-XT and glad I did! I travel in work truck 3-6 hours a day checking on construction jobsites. Everyone I talk to is impressed with the sound quality. I have already recommended to many colleagues and friends. Worth every penny!
