I can hear and be heard very well. Noise cancellation works wonderfully.

This definitely helps, when driving a semi truck. No longer have a problem with background noise.

I really enjoy using the Blue Parrot headset. I totally recommend it to anyone that drives for a living. Very easy to use and operate.

This is the best headset i have ever used. I can hear my calls operating any machines i normally run without having to shut the equipment down to be able to hear my calls.

I have owned several of these head sets over the years. I really like the head set. I constantly have problems with these head sets charging. When the USB port gets some wear, charging them can become very difficult. Love the head set! Hate the charging

I prefer to wear the behind head attachment for comfort but am using the standard over head because it folds up better for storage in my car. If the behind the head would rotate and fold like the other style a 5 star for sure. The sound quality is very good.

It turns out its not really what i needed. Its too bulky and bc i move alot at work, the microphone part sways loosely. It will not read caller ID, instead it insists on saying the entire phone number thats calling. Having the ear piece over my ear makes my ear ache. That probably will not happen to anyone using it though.

Just not loud enough. Could not hear callers in my semi truck and forget about hearing any media playing on it. Even quieter yet. Sent back.
